Hope this turns out ok. Panorama, multiple photos stitched together. Risshakuji (Yamadera) temple, Yamagata prefecture, Japan. For those curious about the wooden structures on the opposite cliff-face, I’ve also uploaded a photo of one taken with the DA*300. |

So I conducted a test for you today. Apologies for the image quality. I had to shoot at 22 f-stop on both cameras because my k-30 has aperture block failure.
I didn’t touch the photos at all in LR, so they’re bland, as RAW files are.
First pic is k-1
Second is k-30
Hard to tell because I had trouble screwing the camera onto the tripod in the same place. You could be right. I assumed that with in body vignette correction it would be less wide

The photos in my post just before yours were taken with the K1 and 15mm. It’s still a great lens, it’s just no longer ultra wide angle like with aps-c cameras. To be honest though, I’d rarely need that much of a spread for my photos. It would be nice to still have the option, but it’s no huge loss for me
