A few shots along Whitemans Creek near Burford, Ontario.
Still stubbornly using the Tamron 70-300mm.

Hi!
Working with the DA 55-300mm is becoming less of a chore and a lot more fun!
A couple of shots from yesterday.
Starlings.

Simplistic.
I am using my Tamron 70-300mm for the macro capability. I haven't figured out how to use it for standard zoom shots though. Purple fringing and lack of detail, softness is very evident.
But, again, I like the macro capability of this older lens.

Thank you.
I bumped some contrast, did some minimal adjustments in LR is all. ---------- Post added 04-15-14 at 02:05 AM ----------
Thanks!
Nothing like coming home and seeing halfway decent results. :)

I have a deep relationship with my K-30.
I treasure it and treat it well by purchasing lenses!
(I've stopped that behavior, for now)
I haven't posted any photos in a long while.
Here is my first attempt at the milky way.
I was fortunate and a meteor streaked through this exposure.
Lens used is SMC-DA 14mm f/2.8 ED [IF].
