Ooh, you get my vote now, UV - not a prime as requested, but we should change the Constitution to permit it! It's WR, too. :)
He has the 55-300 in mind, too, so what a great two lens set this is.

I think there are a lot of contradictions in your requirements, Koekie, like low light performance and going to m43. :-D
I will second Adam's suggestion of the Siggy 17-70 as a walkaround. It's big, of course.
I personally think for a wide angle prime you can't do better than the FA31, but if the sound of the screwdrive genuinely bothers you, go for the Sigma 35mm Art. It's big, of course. :)
