It'll destroy it for sharpness is my guess, Igor. :)
The FA50 has only a 49mm filter size vs 72mm for the DFA* 50, the difference won't be quite as dramatic I don't think for the 85s because the FA*85 has 67mm already.

There'll be a point where there are three dreamy f1.4 primes available (50mm, 85mm and maybe 35mm) and you'll have to rob a bank, Igor.
The IQ of the pictures you take before being incarcerated will make it all worthwhile.

Photozone's historical tests of the DA*55 (which is a Jun Hirakawa design) have it vignetting less than the FA50 and the FA31. :)
