Thanks for the comments, gentlemen--I thought it was going to get a little dicey up on the Big Four bridge, but fortunately this front was all bark and no bite.

I spent a couple of nice mornings in Louisville, Kentucky this week: predictably enough as close to a natural setting as I could find. In this case, that meant the Ohio River--very much a "working river" these days, with construction barges for the new I-65 adding to the normal barge traffic.
