Seriously, though, I like the concept--I think I'd roll like the Kiwi trout-fishermen/hikers and wear it over a poly-pro or Smartwool insulating layer.

I'm thinking that in Kerrowdonia, applying the traffic cone is a ritual relegated to a steatopygous lass wearing the traditional costume of an Arktis rain kilt and wielding a selfie-stick like a scepter.

Very cool, though that particular outfit has more than its share of Jacobite scalps in its display case.:lol: I'm glad at least it's spared the "traffic cone" treatment that Wellington endures there in Glasgow, but perhaps it's to be expected for a Anglo/Hibernian.
