Anything with fast, accurate focus. But there is nothing wrong with the focus in the shot you posted. Good technique trumps slow AF motors. If you can get this close, a P-TTL capable flash will also help, but you may not like the harsh shadows of direct flash. You can forget about bouncing the flash off of a wall or ceiling, it simply isn't going to work. You also don't need a longer focal length than 100mm, so you don't need to blow big bucks on an f2.8 70-200 zoom, never mind how much easier it is to handle the smaller lenses.

It costs you nothing to develop digital photos, so why not experiment the next time you take pictures? And don't restrict yourself to conventional wisdom about shutter speed and ISO settings. Try ISO 6400 and see if you like it. If you are truly getting blurred faces at 1/125 sec. (not just out of focus), try increasing your shutter speed in small increments. For a wrestling match, I highly doubt you will need to go faster than 1/250 sec. No one cares if the fingertips are sharp, what people want to see is the expressions on the wrestlers' faces. In my experience the K-30 is not very good at tracking moving subjects across the frame, I have better luck with Spot AF-C (focus priority) and continuous shooting, but you should experiment to see what works best for you.

I've already hit the 3 image limit, but this is a picture of the most important piece of gear for sports photography at paid attendance events. This thread is in the Technique section, and I would like to point out that understanding the sport you are photographing to know what point in time to trip the shutter, is the most important technique and the second most important technique is to be able to anticipate what camera settings will work best once that point in time arrives. In a different thread Brooke Meyer wrote about the preparation and practice involved in photographing a ballet, well think of sports as unscripted, competitive dance.

The first photo is taken with an SMC A 70-210 at f4, 1/160, 8000 ISO.

The next one was taken with DA 18-135 DC at 135mm, f5.6, 1/250, ISO 8000

And the final one is a scan from a 35mm positive, taken with a Super Program and Takumar-A 28-80 and AF200T flash.
