The original poster hasn't replied yet, but there should be a link at the top left hand side just above the photo that says "View picture EXIF."
According to that, the picture was taken with a DA 18-135 lens on a K-3, the focal length was 28mm, aperture f7.1, shutter speed 1/160 second and ISO setting of 100. The EXIF information even tells us that exposure compensation was set to -.7 of a stop.

I second that, I really like the colours in the sky and the evening light on the city.
