Theoretically 75mm would be equivalent to 300-375 depending on which Q variant you use so I would say yes. The lens is Hoya Pentax but I don't hold that against it...

Won the above lens in an ebay auction.
Brand spanking new so had a little play on both original Q and QS-1...
Neighbour's bug hotel (about 10m away) with Q
and with QS-1
ISO 200 at f5.6
My favourite indoor test subject,,, at about 8 metres
a close up not quite a selfie :D
