Yes you have to press the button that says ISO and change the value with the rear wheel (the one that is above the AF button)

Have you tried to change the ISO value? try to shoot a photo with ISO 200 and check if it is pixilated as well

I love this shot, did you prepared the poppy, or just found it?
Those orange city lights are the worst for night photos... I prefer the b/w one

In my opinion it would be better without the light above the plane, try to cut the photo and post it to see if I'm right or not ;)
