Escher in the palace museum In The Hague, The Netherlands.
Every room, including this stairwell had the most unusual Crystal Light fittings. This was a globe, one was a bomb, a skull, a large insect etc. Great day out.

I though this darker arch and sunny day might stretch the Q7 tiny sensor a bit - probably has really. Still, I got something to keep as a memory. I hardly ever use the 06 but fitted it this day to my Q7 when at Camden and Camden market, London. A bit of street art. Like how the light shone over this, especially the textured surface. StreetArt-Pastel Woman by Jethro Ten, on Flickr

I love night shots with the Q7 for some reason. Here's one of mine. This is just off a corner of Leicester Square London. The building, higher up had some kind of frosted glass double wall going on higher up - looks kinda dreamy that bit. Near LeicesterSquare by Jethro Ten, on Flickr

Still sorting through the pics of my recent holiday to Tuscany, Italy
This is taken from the top of Guinigi Tower in Lucca. A steep climb and a top with trees growing out of it

Recently in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy. This is San Giovanni church. It was found there were ruins under the church, some dating back to 200Ad. So they excavated the ruins and rebuilt a floating floor. You'r allowed access underneath on walkways, but this scene caught my eye, as you can see both below and above, both well lit from a viewport. I though it was quite unusual.

When we were in London, we decided to do something a little different and went on a Street Art tour of Camden. Street art it seems is quite different to Graffiti and is mostly done with the owners permission. Often a person give a group permission, and the artists do a picture for 2-4 weeks before it is painted over by another.
This is the Q7, 06 lens and jpeg from the camera, tweaked a bit for contrast/brightness. a little saturation and sharpened. I believe it's Animal from the Muppets Street Art - Animal by Jethro Ten, on Flickr

Yeah, it's a bit grim now. The wife and I were down in May to the Alfresco event at the cricket ground to see the Blackpool band, Section 25 - well worth the visit :-)
Took me 2 months to getting round to editing the pics, so far behind.....

Blackpool, UK was a massive tourist seaside town in the Victorian era but dwindled off in the '70's, it's now been replaced with cheap packaged deals abroad. However the Tower Ballroom is still fantastic. You can have Cream Tea there watching the dancing.
