If Obama's Social Secretary Desiree Rogers had handled it nobody would have had to wait. :D

I never blamed you for anything, either. Sitting back running your mouth, fortunately, doesn't harm the environment so rave on.

I'm not demanding you prove anything about, or even comment on ethanol, or any other fuel.
You are full of suggestions about what somebody or everybody else should be doing. Like I keep saying; what are you doing for the environment?

I never claimed you said anything. I asked a question. It is not "the" question as in "the question of the day" or "the $64.00 question". It was just a question. A question that you obviously have no answer for. (Damn! I think that's a first.)

Yes, it was the question. See? I know it was the question because I asked it. Nice smokescreen though.

The question was not about what you think could or should be done. It was about what you are doing. There is exactly as much pollution in the air, water and dirt after you suggest something for someone else to do as there was before. What is it exactly that you are doing that actually has a quantifiable, (or even qualifiable) effect?

Get out of who's way? Refresh my memory. Just what is your contribution to all of this? (Other than watching the electric meter spin and remaining unemployed so you aren't commuting)

My guess would be hot air. They seem to have an unlimited supply of that.

It still takes more energy to produce the ethanol than you get back. If you can't understand that, PM me so we can exchange addresses. I have a large number of $5.00 bills I would like to sell you for $10.00 each.

No, it doesn't, but whatever type of crop it is it has to grow somewhere and if any plot of land is growing a fuel crop, then by default it isn't growing a food crop. You can pull energy out of an oil well or you can grow it in the ground. Try growing food in an oil well.

Oh the irony!!!!!!!! You calling someone's 2 line response a tirade. *Some* people use 30 column inches just to say "I don't agree with anything or anybody".

I have never called you useless. In fact, if you search my prior posts, you will see where I tried very hard, in more than one of them, to both motivate you and bolster your self esteem by making suggestions on what you might be able to do. You shot that idea down immediately. Working would cut too deeply into your whining time.

Somebody should do something! Somebody should do something!
What exactly will your contribution to that "great effort" be? I don't think increasing the demand for electricity by sitting at home all day in front of the computer qualifies.

Been there, done that. I told you, the only thing that incurs the wrath of RML more than arguing with her is agreeing with her.
Hell hath no fury like an RML agreed with..........or disagreed with..............or acknowledged.............or ignored..........or.....................
