My name is Peter and I'm a Pentax addict.:cool:
I live in Westchester County, New York, just north of NYC. Retired a few years ago after many years in publishing;consumer magazines, trade publications and for the last twenty years of it, books. Spent a lot of time working with overseas operations and logged more air miles than I care to remember.
Have been in and out of photography since my early teens. Bought my first Pentax (Spotmatic) in a air force PX in Germany in the 60's and have stuck with the brand ever since. Decided to try digital when I retired, after first deciding that I would never use my darkroom again. It's taken about two years (and a lot of ink, paper and computer time) to get to the point where my printing pleases me. Just got a K10D and have yet another learning curve to climb (from the DS); never ends!

P.S. Noticed that there are some folks from Nova Scotia on here. My mother was from Londonderry Mines, in the Truro area and I still have family in that part of the country.
