SIGMA 10-20mm CLUB

I have been following this thread for a while now. I am wondering if anyone has used the tameron 12-24 and would like their feed back. They are the same price around my neck if the woods. The cam parisons appear to be close but the sigma has this thread and that is amazing to me in itself. I have a tameron 28-300 and think its a very good useful lens for its purposes. Is ther really a diffrence for an armature like me ? I'm not loyal to a perticulat brand but I was hoping pentax had a lens close to the 10-20 but the reviews didn't seem that good for the pentax and it's not WR anyway. Ps the WR is a large part of why I went with pentax in the first place. Anyone had experience with both? Or advice

Sorry, new to the forum, and I hate some computer face book thugs. I'm not sure if I hit the like or dis like tab..... Anyway I like the shot. I was wondering, do u take lots of waterfall shots? If so did u fall into the 1/8 shutter sped by trial and error or is it a good starting point ? Or does it depend on the speed o the water, flow rate and size if water falling. What in trinh to say is I like how the falls look like there is a most within the water. I don't know if that's what u were going for but that's how I look at it. Anyway I liked it.
Ps I wondered about the ahutter speed to try to help with setting when taking photos of my daughter behind the boat. Again that sema to be most if what I do, take kid pictures.
Ps since I have a boat and cabin would u advise on staying with the pentax 10-24 as I understaf it's WR. Or us the sigma so much better and cheeper in the 3.5-6 version?
