Here's something different - a stitched pano from 8 images with the HD-DA 15 Ltd and KP. (Processed in DxO PL4 and merged with Microsoft ICE) This is Mountain Ash (Eucalytus regnans) forest in the Strzelecki ranges in south eastern Victoria.

(X-posted from the 15 controls my mind thread)

Morning fog blanketing Corner Inlet on a winter morning. Two images with the KP and DFA 100 macro, stitched in Microsoft ICE.

This was taken on the same morning as the second image in post #2399. I like them both. This one is more minimalist. I would probably include one in my "best of 2020" set, but I can't decide which.:)

Thanks very much Ray. It was a magical scene. I do love the DFA 100 for stitching landscapes too - razor sharp and lovely colour rendering.

In 2002 we went up Mt Coree in a rented X-Trail. A guy in a LandCruiser at the top looked very surprised! Hope the track is still 4WD? Great views and a sense of isolation.

View from Walkerville to Waratah Bay and the Hoddle Range, South Gippsland, Victoria. A series of shots with the KP + DA 55-300 PLM at 300mm, stitched with MS ICE.

Really imaginative images Racer. I particularly like the first and the fifth ones. The bulldozer/grader dominating in #5 says it all.

It's profoundly sad to see a place that was part of your life treated like a commodity. The high school I went to was surrounded by bush, and beyond that by orchards. I remember the tinkle of bellbirds wafting in to the classroom, and cross-country runs through the bush. It's all been swallowed by suburbia now.

That's crazy Racer! I like it, and I like the way you are thinking outside the square (rectangle?) Reminds me a bit of those M C Escher images.

Cropping produced a much better balance - worth losing the clouds for.

I like using a C-PL for shots in these conditions but it makes it harder to stitch images successfully.

Wow. Sure the lens on the white one isn't going to intrude in the FOV of the other two?
