Whoever bets on a product knows that reliability is at least good or the market trend is positive, the fact that in the ranking there are still reflexes,
means that the market is still in turmoil. Why Nikon has launched a new "filmmaker kit? Don't you bet on a losing horse? Do not believe.
The rest of the story has yet to be written. Of course I agree with those who say that the mirrorless market is becoming increasingly popular. Sorry but I'm not interested.

Last summer a French journalist came to Sardinia, who is making a photojournalistic service, I was dazzled why?
He had a Pentax K1 around his neck (I would have expected Nikon, Canon or something else, not a mirrorless), simply Pentax. If I found the service I would publish it.

The new Kit Nikon 850 for filmakers

Hi clackers,

I don't know how to use the washing machine at all, I can do it better in the kitchen, don't you feel a little bit of fragrance?

Thank you for the clarification and for your exhaustive anamnesis, I think you have clarified some aspects that can be known, only living in Tokyo or in the city or place where the events take place.
At the moment, there is no winner and no loser.

I apologize only for the title actually not exact maybe due to the haste to write, should be corrected (or read) so "Top Ten of the 10 best selling cameras in Map Camera"'

However, this is the exact release of the list, which is reliable since it is a magazine of the photographic sector and then transmitted to the various directors of newspapers.
Everyone has their own sources... and the sources are never revealed, ''Is it espionage? Call it as you want, I've already said it as I think it'''.

This is the text already sent with the exception of the list. If you do not believe me I can always provide you with the link to the magazine, would you agree?

The major Japanese store Map Camera has announced that also in February the Nikon D850 was the best-selling camera.
This is the list of the Top Ten, which include four Nikon cameras followed by two Canon, two Panasonic, one Sony and an Olympus.

1. Nikon D850

Well, I think there's a bit of a misunderstanding, by unit I mean a camera, a car, an ice cream and so on. If there is one ranking for me it means that more units of one brand have been sold than another,
I read it like this. Then you can obviously interpret it in the way you want. Otherwise you should call it "Turnover", I'm not sure that it is said so.
Correct me if the term is not correct.

It is not my list, it is the list that has been communicated to me like so much news that I know and you know, not for this reason you must transcend.
Those who give me this information know what they are saying, also because they are published in various magazines.
Who is the fool who writes knowing that he will then lose many readers or will expose himself to public shame?

Sales and units sold are not the same thing? Or perhaps you are referring to the price of cameras?
I can virtually know how much it costs, a Nikon 850 and how much a Sony A7RIII or Pentax K1, but I don't know their turnover.
I don't know how the ranking was drawn up, I interpret that more Nikon units have been sold than the others that follow and so on. I could be wrong, of course.

But if you want to have fun with the prices do your search at least in Yen "here the price"

I don't write for writing, but I don't think anyone who writes for an international photography magazine is deliberately exposed to such gross errors.
You don't think so, we live in a spy period ''facebook is just the tip of the iceberg''. Here we write and express ideas freely, can we believe or not?
Do you agree?

Well! As I wrote it is a list of the best-selling cameras from ''Map Camera'', I think it is a real trend at least in Japan, it is not known whether globally in the world is the same.
Perhaps in Europe the ranking varies from country to country.

Don't you think?

From the same source, it would appear that Canon could present at the next Photokina at least one prototype of three Full Frame mirrorless cameras that it would be studying,
due to the proliferation of mirrorless cameras and the drop in reflex sales.

Nikon also seems to be heading in the same direction before it's late and Sony in particular will be able to eat the whole cake in a few years' time....

The Nikkei Asian Review has recently published an interview with Masahiro Sakata in which Canon Marketing Japan's president claims that Canon will devote
more attention to mirrorless cameras than to SLRs, but has not gone further.

I do not know whether a marketing strategy or more stupidly misinformation, but is it certain that today in all areas we are witnessing a continuous change of power,
so being Communists or Capitalists does not change much, or is it largely due to globalization? One thought.

Hi,

I don't know them, but generally everyone in stores sell both kinds, new and used. I have a friend from a shop in Tokyo and this month I bought two new optics from her (Pentax),
I quote her answer to my question about Pentax.

"In Japan, Pentax is probably not very competitive among optical companies today.
Most popular manufacture is probably Sony, then Canon. Nikon is slightly behind Canon nowadays then, Panasonic/Fujifilm, Olympus, probably Pentax is the last among them.
It does not mean Pentax technology is not advanced or inferior.. Just because today, more people like mirrorless cameras and more people want to shoot movies.
Last year Pentax announced they are going to downsize the camera business. It's a sad news. So photographers like you can help Pentax to move on.

I know, even I don't care much, but I would have expected to see her at least in 10th position, if you have a grievance, take it to Ricoh / Pentax, I agree with you.

But look ahead you can not rest on laurels, the truth is this.

Hi guys,

The major Japanese store Map Camera has announced that also in February the Nikon D850 was the best selling camera (sigh!)

The list of the Top Ten,

1° Nikon D850

2° Nikon D7500

3° Sony α7R III

4° Canon EOS 5D Mark IV

5° Panasonic LUMIX G9 PRO

6° Olympus Tough TG-5

7° Panasonic LUMIX GX8

8° Nikon COOLPIX P900

9° Canon EOS 6D Mark II

10° Nikon D500

We have to resign ourselves, I know that they sell Pentax too... but I can't tell you what position it is in. Some advice? Maybe In March.. April.. May:confused:
