That is just lens dust, or some of the coating came off. Not fungus, just use it

My advice use it, and if you like it send it out to get professionally serviced or buy another on on E-BAY

Probable some one cleaned the lens internally and scratched it there or it is Lens separation.I agree with the other poster about manual lenses for you. Maybe you shouldn't.
