The video quality really takes a dive as the iso creeps up. I try to keep it as low as possible.
Can you introduce your own light to the scene?
Wider aperture helps of course, but makes focussing harder as less is in focus.
Tripod will help keep the bit rate devoted to the moving parts of the scene. Handheld can mean movement across the whole frame, and the quality can suffer.
All rather depends on what you are filming sorry.

Only the K-70 has continuous AF in video mode.
Everything else is on demand only via AF button press, which will record the AF hunting and noise etc.
Wide angle is more tolerant, keeping much in focus with an aperture like f8 etc.
