Hello all. Yes the Landlord is happy. The whole house is magnolia and it's getting quite tiresome! Also i don't think the walls have been painted for quite a long while (the woodchip has that look it gets when smothered by decades of cheap paint!).
So thanks for the tips, and goodbye magnolia walls!

Actually I was meaning woodchip wallpaper (UK term). Sorry for the confusion...

What's the right tool for the job?
It's a rented house so the finish doesn't have to be the last word in interior decoration, but is a brush or roller better for getting good coverage on patterened woodchip?
