I just missed out on a 645 that was available locally :( but it's good to know what to look for the next time.

I have no medium format experience, but I like 35mm film and I'm toying with the idea of picking up a used Pentax 645 (original), mostly for scenic photography.
I know how to inspect a 35mm body -- what else do I need to know about inspecting a 645? Are there any particular problems I should look out for?
