I really want to pick up the Zenitar some day. Especially for cross use with my film cameras.
Such a nifty lens.

I think (as with everything) it depends on the shot. I don't think either processing looks bad per se but the deeper shadows with that shot makes it a tad more dramatic. But sometimes a lack of contrast can be just what a photo needs.
