for me: 50-135 is now a bit faster but a little noisy... and also, I think it's now less accurate especially for 100-135 focal length.

No, I did like you... change all C0 including above 0400...

Right instruction, just changed and now my 50-135 is focusing fine! I have changed all C0 to 80 in 3rd column!
But unfortunately it is focusing not so good for 100-135mm focal length. :( it just can't catch focus... :( 50-100 works fine. But it much better then broken SDM.
