ISO is a trade off. 100 is great - unless you give up too much aperture and shutter speed to use it.

The forum limits size and thus resolution. Can you upload to Flickr or somewhere like that or take a crop of just the eagle.

Grainy shots usually are the result of high ISO and the impact of NOISE on the files. Blurry results are more likely to be from camera movement, missed focus, etc.
Do you have the Eagle picture to share?
