I think showing with and without is useful. The prime noise reduction may reduce noise well but any noise reduction has the potential to also reduce detail.

Prime noise reduction is very very good. Using it skews the results a bit. I love my k-3 and I love using DXO. I use prime when I shoot high ISO - the results are far better with no fuss than many other options.
