Strange storm here in southern NH. Little snow late day yesterday, then rain, then about 6 snowed like
crazy, about 3" per hour with big wet sticky flakes. Plowed from 9:00 to midnight.
Shoveled decks this am, took a few pictures.
All with 645D and 80-160 lens

The shoveling was not fun but the scenery was striking.

I think this is one of the best photographs you have posted. I like all to the landscapes and broad vistas but this is much more intimate, almost haunting.
Stunning photo in my humble opinion.

Wei-Hao,
Thank you for your response, I will look into your suggestions. Shame there is no T adapter for 645D. Sounds like some machining or a creative solution is in order.

I have a Celestron 1000mm f11 mirror telescope. I have a T mount adapter to my old Minolta srt101. Curious after seeing whwang astrophotography how to adapt my 645D to my Celestron scope?
Any information appreciated.

texandrews,
Will find out in a week or so when we pass papers. If any is usable, it will find its way into new house or new shop.

Thank you Dadipentak. The 35mm is not just for landscapes, works well for products. Fill the frame 3 to 4 feet away and it is very sharp.

I have too many hobbies and not enough time to pursue them. I am a lifelong woodworker among other things and like to turn wooden bowls.
I turned this Locust bowl back in January and have not had a chance to photograph it, Rainy slow work day so time has come.
Pentax 645d, 35mm mostly f8 and 30th second on tripod with two side lights.

Lenticular,
Thank you for your comment. I have the 45 -85 in A series. Will be looking for some FA lenses soon.
Camera depleted my funds for a bit.
Velvian ---------- Post added 10-20-15 at 09:11 AM ---------- Did get a few pictures on Sunday last, windy and cold.
Both with A series 35mm on new to me 6545D, too windy for sharp leaves but colors are still good here.

Long time 645 user, Velvia lover. Just bought a 645D on buy sell from fellow forum member and received it yesterday.
Only had time for a few shots around the house yesterday.
All with A series 120 f4 macro:
Garden gnome
Frogs in bird bath
Leaves on deck
Garden flower
I think I am going to like this camera. Still miss Velvia but this is so much faster.
Now to save some money for FA lenses, they are expensive.
I will be manually focusing my A series lenses for a while.
Thank you to forum member, reasonable deal and nice camera.

I like the shots from the 645Z. The black and whites are great as are the glacial shots.
The double exposures are well done and a throwback to times past.
Pentax 645 with Velvia and 600mm. I like old graveyards as well.

Jonathon Mac,
The A series lenses only. Got the list and spent 11 years getting all of them. I looked for the 600mm for three years and finally bought it on ebay from Israel. None get enough use but hope to spend more
time shooting soon.

I have enjoyed this site for many years and decided today to become a supporting member. I still shoot 645 and have three bodies and spent 11 years buying every lens for the system including the 600mm.
Long time lurker, long time pentax 645 user, long time Velvia lover. Started scanning in some old Velvia shots.
One of my favorite subjects, moving water.
