I've been REAALLLY lazy lately with migrating images from the sd card to the computer. So what we get is a whole lot of pictures lumped into one post. All images taken with the SMC Pentax FA 80-320mm f/4.5-5.6.
This is either a bird I've never seen before, or a "pinto" robin. I'm not sure which, but my guess is on the "pinto". Not quite albino, not quite regular.. it's a "pinto" (and quite possibly just as flammable as the car...).
Standard sparrow... it was very relaxed about letting me get close.
Not the greatest image, but these suckers move constantly, and they won't let you get even remotely close to them.
Barn swallows in flight are remarkably hard to get a decent picture of at 320mm. I really need to work on my movement tracking skills.
