I bought an old non-AI Nikon Micro Nikkor with the 1:1 extension tube at an estate sale for $30.00. Samples taken this morning with my K-30.

I got a pretty good deal on a lightly used blue K-30. I didn't take it on my latest road trip, but plan on using it regularly. From what I can see from the results, it has good image quality and seems pretty simple. A good complement to the K-01.

One of my dream purchases, an early 1970s Kamaka soprano ukulele. Replaced the strings with Aquila Nylgut. What great tone. It might make me play better.

A very lightly used Benro C-069 Travel Angel tripod. So much lighter than the Tilt-All I've been using the last 40 years. A pretty solid platform, even with the low priced ball head I put on it.

I wasn't sure if I liked the handling of the camera. I put on a thumb grip and it improved the feel and the handling. YMMV.
