Nice shots. I own the DA 18-135 and it is an excellent walk around lens as well. The DA 18-270 is essentially a Tamron lens. Nothing wrong with that. The DFA 24-70, DFA 15-30, and DFA 70-210 are all Tamron lenses. A good photographer knows how to get the most of the equipment they have.

K3ii and DA*60-250 Topaz Gigapixel nearly 100% crop since I was so far away and this was the longest lens I had while out on my hike.

K50 with the HD 55-300. Poor lighting, overcast, not enough light, bright white grey background. Lots of PP and cropping, the HD 55-300 handles PF very well.
European Starling @ 300mm cropped.

Lately these two mallards have been hanging out in puddles that form along the railroad tracks that run a few blocks behind my house. I walk Duke here since they lead to a huge park a few blocks away. I have enjoying using the K50 and 55-300. Much lighter than the K3 + Bigma.

Nice shots, it is nice lens. At 300mm I keep it at f8. It is so light and portable I always have it in my bag.

Nice shot Rondec. I still have my orginal 18-55 from my K10D. It was a fine lens and I took many great photos with it. It proves again that is not the lens in front of the camera but the person behind it.

No problem at all, it is a 9 stop filter. With it on autofocus is essentially useless and you have to cover the viewfinder to keep stray light for getting on the sensor. I focus manually using liveview.

You are sure some good use out that 10-17. You can really get some cool close up shots with the 10-17. I have some ones of my dog I should dig up.
