It looks like the classic Chinese paintings of the11th century with the "layering" of the mountains to give the sense of great distance - well done.

Sometimes a serious image deserves some serious PP - perhaps that little sensor sees more than you give it credit for.

I like it - a simple unpretentious shot of everyday life. Something a phone excels at.

Yes it is.
Whatever you may think of phone cams they are redefining what a camera is for the general public and, most importantly for us on this forum, what a "serious" camera needs to be.
My own guess is that in 5 years or so the hot spot of tech development for a serious shooters camera will be in the 1" sensor range but time will tell.

Just an observation - the over-all quality and especially creativity of the images on this thread are, in my opinion, at least as good, if not better, than anywhere else on this forum.
Perhaps hauling around a $3000 FF with $2000 worth of glass isn't the answer after all......
