just saw this thread and thought i'd post a couple pics from the race track. i haven't been out nearly enough recently, but will be out for sure next year with the k3 to see what 8fps is like for shooting this kind of thing.
here are a few from my k20d and da*50-135
this one i liked because you can see the compression in his front suspension, and the blur of the other rider indicates a pass. looking back i should try a re-edit on this one. pretty bad halos.
this one i like just because the pattern of his helmet pops so well, while the rest shows motion quite nicely.
if these are in the wrong place, is there a motorsports related post i can go to? i searched but didn't find much.
