would have been nice if the tree had its full crown.....pentax K-1...jc penny 28/f2.8...bower vND filter a top a rubber hood causing the vignette....lincoln county, TN

thanks guys but not so sure I will go for it.....dumped my coin on a Tamron 70-200/f2.8 so not much to spend currently.....I bet it would be quite good.....
love using my sears 28/2.8 and have a jc penny 28 'a' that is much better.....do have a couple 28mm in M42 that I still need to try
a 28mm accura formula iv which my have that 'soft' quality......recently got an accura 200/f3.9 that seems soft but has many blades
a 28mm fortron M42.....
just haven't had time to try 'em out

yes the sun is behind me
the 'a' contacts are great!!! best feature is useful flash options!!! however my K-50 has the aperture block failure so I was all manual but works fine on the bodies I have
in this case I was prolly at f5.6 and had the distance at 5 feet.....I shoot my puppers very often and generally take the preset approach when shooting them wide angle....I figure out what general exposure I can use in a given area...I will set the distance scale to work with the f stop and try to capture them within the area the lens says it will be in focus.....a typical scenario would be 1/500 f5.6 at a distance of 3 feet or go to 1/800 at f4 for stuff around 5 feet
