did an exposure with the astrotracer on for the sky at the top of the trees.....fa35 @f4 iso 400 for 2 minutes.....then lowered my angle of view (vertically only or best I could) to get the foreground but left the astrotracer on with the same settings.......then turned the astrotracer off and took a bulb exposure (forget the settings) without moving the camera to have an identical frame whereas the ground does not blur....from those 2 frames did a mask blend for both a static sky and static ground....then used Microsoft ice to stitch the very first shot with the mask blend to create the pano (basically relying on the stars for the overlap since the trees are blurred from the first shot sometimes that first shot need to be cropped in this case I don't think so)......then did edit for sky and a separate edit for the foreground and did another mask blend to complete the composite.....hopefully that makes sense.....
