Dont hold yr breath on the 200mm
A 35mm is a lot more likely considering Ashai Man has indicated its being developed.
Something around 20mm is my desire.

YES!...I value the opinions of actual owners very highly when i'm considering any purchase.
Yesterday i tested the most up to date Fuji AF,the slow glass is still SLOW!

Yes, and the firmware updates got it up to a little better.The present AF is OK.

Definitely spelt differently!
The difference is Fuji is extroverted and RI isnt,both produce great stuff.Each has their strengths and weaknesses.
The DFA zooms are superb,no holes there.The only thing lacking is the primes and its their YEAR!
I suppose a FF teleconverter(1.4x) is lacking too.AW/WR.

Yes, thats my guess....possibly the 35/50/85 may come along together.I'll be surprised if the DFA primes(its THEIR year!)come along singularly....

He cant be located, hes on a top secret assignment to make sure Digitalis has enough power to turn his Puta on!
I have it(top secret info)...that hes building the world biggest battery and has only given himself a coupla months to do it.
It'll power the Southern part of Australia....
In the case his mission fails, he will be sent to work for nothing in the Desert...no aircon(becausethe power wont be turned on due to his battery, not being ready)
So, in summary...hes been eating CROW!

Maybe theres a(one person)already employed thats enthusiastic,has the skills,that can have some of their time devoted to a basic promotional YT project?
Just a presentable,compact. official looking presentation of each new product???
Its not rocket science to do a video presentation but it is essential to promote anything new.

Pros come in many forms....
Earlier this year I spied a guy shooting at a surfbreak I frequent.Had a d500 in his hands and after some minor exchange revealed he was a Nikon supported pro....as far as I can gather,the deal was you need to BUY two top end bodies and a few top end lenses and be a registered business to qualify.Then if your gear fails they get you a substitute of the same level within 24 hours and they fix your gear.
He said he was with Canon at an earlier stage but switched due to the d500,he emphasised how good it was.Then went on about his other body,a d810,which he used for landscapes and portraits,Absolutely the best in its field he said.
He asked me what I shot with,I said I used a K-1 with PS for landscapes and remarked that I thought it was reasonably good.
He shut up.....He obviously knew the capability.
RI have to get to a good level to support any "pro" thing....weather sealed primes are needed ASAP.the MOUNTain is there to climb![COLOR="Silver"]

Yes, RI cant go giving the K-1 to just anybody!
Anybody in their right mind will cross reference a fair number of reviews both written and YTubed.
Pretty much like their client base!Those people look out the window to get an up to date look at the weather!

And ive heard the worst of all Hipsterishness.
I read others,as you do....they are all similar,just depends on what an idividual likes.
I cant agree with that one, theres plenty among their user base that are very critical.I suppose if they won a lottery,the prize wouldnt be enough.
So,i'm expecting no HIPsters to buy the 85f1.4...so let this discussion get back to what it should be(i know its fun to get sidetracked!)

Yes, that was a while ago...before Hoya.
And still do, just the same as Pentax gets praised.
Just like every other camera.
I see lots of hipsters but have never seen one with a Fuji.
Was the mainstream a long time ago....but fills a niche for a lot of people that started with the brand.
Yes, but some expected a phone as well, thats Y they didnt sell.

Well,perhaps?...but 15-30,24-70,28-105 came in a burst...and they had to,so i'm guessing that some primes(its the Year of!)will follow suit.
They may not come all on the same day of course,though i expect 35/50/85 to join the DFA 100 in a short period....when that period comes along????Only insiders have any idea of the secret Ricoh business!

Close enough...28-200 and a TC.A film era 24mm and 135-400mm,those 4 do enough.But i carry some DA tiny primes too.
A few special Primes will come soon enough, this calender year?This fiscal year?..Or has somebody been fibbing?
Whenever they are released,they will be special.
