I wonder why you are here in this thread... did you need further re-assuring or are your trying to warn us against wasting our $$'s
Anyway I hope you enjoy posting your better pics in the dedicated 16-45 thread, let me know when you have and we all might pop over and have look and learn something.
cheers

Thats what I have been telling other Aussies... B&H rocks and prices are wonderful to boot.
All my lenses bar a replacement purchased in OZ have all come from there.
Fantastic service

Yes the USA online stores like Adorama and B&H really set great examples for customers service.
I order all my lenses from B&H and never had a problem... just praises, their door to door times are simply wonderful
Unlike I am afraid some services like a mob here in Aust 15 kms from my home and have taken so far more than 3 weeks to deliver a phone that was in stock at time of online order... still waiting in fact.... they have a lot of catching up to do to match their USA counterparts
cheers

My wife jumps on to this site with the sole purpose of watching the little fella grow up.
Because of this I have been able to purchase a number of lenses.
Thanks Jay

Count me in.. used the excuse on "she who must be obeyed" that if my DA*16-50 fails me I have no wide angle... worked like a charm.
Cheers

I am off to India (again) in 2 weeks... just pulled the pin on the DA15 as my widest prime is FA31 ltd. For wide angle I use my DA* 16-50 and used the chance of SDM failure as an LBA excuse in that I might miss a lot of shots if failure occurs.
LBA wins again

I do not buy from Amazon myself only B&H and the requests for ID copies and C/C requirements are new to me... never had that so it must have been introduced since I got my FA43 November of 2009... or not a requirement for customers with previous purchising records when introduced.
RE the import duty... I think the amount of the purchase needs to be equal to $1000.00 or more Aust$, this happened with the FA31 but at the time still worked out far cheaper than OZ as the $ was high

Excuse my ignorance... is there some sort of heavy tax or the like that is stopping you from buying and importing from B&H or Amazon... which is what I do here in Oz.
