Thanks Javier, I was at f/6.7 in A mode so the camera dial was controlling the aperture. Focal distance was set to 15 feet.

My first 'real go' at street photography.
I had the camera around my neck in hyperfocal mode, f/6.7 using a 50mm, 800 ISO. Would have aced this if I had set the hyperfocal distance correctly.
