I shot the same scene in PEF and DNG and loaded them into RT. There was no difference I can see when set to Camera Standard, or any other profile. The file browser views look more like Pentax DCU color until selected. Then the contrast and color change dramatically. The only setting from the camera that is preserved is the white balance that was set at the time of the exposure.
The thumbnail can be reset by the "clear" option, but I have not found a way to reset to the original camera settings in the main editing view.
