I've occasionally seen large amount of screws selling on ebay, like this for example. Just make sure to compare with one that you have before you buy.

Here are all the m42 takumars. I hope this can help you learn more about your lenses.

For the dremeling part, I would just file the dent on the interior side. Damaging a couple of mms of the thread won't change a thing when it comes to hood or filter installation. I guess it is ok to use a small power tool like dremel for this job.

If I am not mistaken, all takumar/pentax 50mm f/1.4 are 49mm filter size, you can check for your lens in the lens database.

About the name ring. A small trick that works quite often in these situations. You take a hair drier, apply the heat on the exterior of the barrel that holds the name ring and then, as it expands a bit, you should be able to get the name ring out in no time. Do not overheat, 50 degrees Celsius should do it just fine.
