The procedure you posted is against Flickr rules.
Flickr rules stipulate that you must link back to the photo page of the image on Flickr. Luckily there is an easy way to achieve this:
- Go to an image page on Flickr.
- Click on the small triangle pointing down next to the email / facebook / twitter icons (the tooltip says "More ways to share")
- Select the size you need.
- For this forum choose "BBCode".
- Copy the text from the text box and paste it into a forum post.
- To the best of my knowledge you may omit the second link that states the credit.
Bramela, if you have spread your misinformation elsewhere, I suggest that you follow up your posts and correct them.
FYI: From the Flickr community guidelines:Flickr makes it possible to post content hosted on Flickr to other web sites. However, pages on other web sites that display content hosted on flickr.com must provide a link from each photo or video back to its page on Flickr. Emphasis is mine.
