Here is the original bridge photo that I took. This is the "properly" exposed JPG right out of the camera:
And here is the HDR image once again. You can see that there is more detail in the bridge, the pylons, and the sky. It might not be a huge impact but overall I like the HDR image better. |

The HDR really helped. The photo was taken early-to-mid afternoon on a very sunny day. The most noticeable thing, in the "normal" exposure, was that the bridge pylons were in pretty heavy shadows. I'll try to upload the "normal" exposure later tonight for comparison purposes.
Thanks for the compliment, I've been trying to process HDR's in a way so that they are more natural looking rather than the extreme versions. Its a continuing learning process! :D
