Thanks Sean and Adam. Handheld is a little hard to get good flying bird shots.
James, I've sent you a message, on directions if you want to go there.

I think the Blue Heron is the same as you guys have over there. Not sure about the hawk/kite.

It's getting a resonable work out, and I'm really enjoying the easier controls and flexability. I do prefer the black as well, just thought I'd give the

Thank you very much everyone, all comments are appreciated.
James, About 5 min from my house is a reserve where there are a few hawks that nest in the area.
Clarence..all shots handheld..SR for the first two shots, but not with the others.
Julie.. not much PP on the first two, a little bit of levels an USM.
The hawks needed a bit more work, and also with shadows/highlights.

Got out for an hour the other day. It was pretty hot, and the sun light was a little harsh, but managed to get a few shots I liked of a Heron, and a Kite or Hawk. Thanks for looking....all comments welcome:)
