Just have to say a big thank you to the guys behind this fix!

I'm stunned that someone actually managed to reverse the firmware and made it possible to disable SDM. My DA* 16-50, known from the pictures in the previous (temporary) repair thread, is now a last permanently fixed from the dreaded SDM failure. :D
