Had to coax the dark areas out of the pic but the results were pleasing.

While I love my DA 21mm, I can't help but think I'd like a 15mm even more! |

Can't say too many bad things about the DA 40mm, that's for sure. |

Just to confirm, you aren't talking about the hood by any chance, are you?
I love the DA 21mm for kid shots; I wonder if I'd love the DA 15mm that much more?!? |

I find the DA 21mm is really the perfect travel lens (although I'm sure the DA 15mm is even more so...): |

It was raining, traffic was an absolute nightmare due to multiple accidents, so we decided to swing by Ikea to grab some grub on the way home from my son's soccer practice. Someone was asking earlier about "indoor shooting" and I'd venture that on a slow night, Ikea might be a place to get out and do some lens testing (for indoor shots).

DA 40mm; probably should have tried stopping down even more but ran out of time to experiment. |

Haha, thanks for the vote of confidence! I love the DA 40mm, no question. Many, many thanks to dugrant153 for generously letting me borrow his copy so that I would have no doubts about buying my own.
How does the DA 21mm compare? I find it gives similar results; sharp, contrasty and colorful images. If shot with the right angle, you can elicit reasonable DOF out of it as well. |

@wowtip Is that a crop? Either that or you must move incredibly stealthily in order to not have spooked the cricket!
@pccarfan Thanks; just happened to get a combination of great weather, lighting, and no people plus it's a great little lens despite its deceiving size.
Here's another DA 21mm that I am personally fond of: |

No doubt! That was the thread that set me off on acquiring my first DA (the 21mm) which was quickly followed by the 70mm and soon to be 40mm (I'm using a borrowed one right now!).

Unless I've missed it, there is no "club" for the DA Limited folks.
These are the wolves in sheep's clothing; often overlooked in favor of the traditional FA Limited trio, but easily stand their ground when put to the test.
Celebrate your favorite DA Limited shots here!
