Schmidlapper, you can wrap your image url with the [IMG] and [/IMG] tags in order for it to show up on this forum page instead of having to follow the link.

Here's one today from my lake walk. A24/2.8. Got some with the 70-210/4 as well that I might share later. The weird brightness underneath the branches in the upper left is from my PP not the lens. oops. |

Nice shots paul! Glad to see that the A50/1.4 is getting some great use! It certainly can render scenes beautifully, no doubt about it. I'm going to head out for a walk around our local lake park greenway in a few minutes, and I'll toss an "A" lens or 2 in my bag...hopefully I can get it on the camera at some point...I guess it depends on what I run in to.
Can't wait to see some more with your A50!

Yea I really like shooting with the A-lenses, I think they are a great fit style-wise with the current DLSR linup (matching black + rubber). I've been trying to take my A24 out a bit more, but I've been having trouble with wide-angle composition lately because I've been doing lots of macro and short tele. I got an 85/1.8 SMCT lately that has been hogging my camera :o, but I'll get back in there soon. It's very tempting to throw the 35-105/3.5 on and take it for a walk. Very versatile and capable lens, similar to the 70-200/4 which I also adore.
Good luck finding some nice ones in Taiwan!
Here's one to remember my long lost (AKA recently sold) A135/2.8 :( ... close to wide open @ f/3.5. |

Here a recent shot of my office building's front lobby. I liked all of the powerful lines and very reflective tile flooring. shot with A35/2.8. |

One more for the A-Series! This is with the A 50/1.4 shot wide open in a very dimly lit environment. More of an artistic shot than anything else, but shows what you can do with the DOF of these lenses. |

Here's a contribution from me on the A-series front.
First one is a shot using A 135/2.8 shot at f/4. A lot of people say bad things about this lens due to it's simple optical design and significant amount of purple fringing, but it is still a very sharp lens! It still is a great lens capable of producing outstanding pictures, and the PF can be corrected for in PP if you are shooting digital. It is my cat-in-law modeling for me!
Second shot I was at the beach this past summer, and wanted to get a few decent shots of some of those common birds at the beach (maybe this is a piper or sorts?, i'm not real familiar with birds). This shot was taken with the A 70-210/4 shot at 210 at f/8. I also had a 2x Vivitar TC on there for a little reach. With the TC it was very soft at the wider apertures but by f/8 it was quite sharp. In this shot, I was tracking the bird, and didn't get it quite perfect so the bird isn't tack sharp, but it was one of my favorite pictures from my beach trip.
