"Equivalence" between formats and lenses...

After some time shooting with my K3 and current lenses, I realized I need faster lens to shoot in low light, to have more power to isolate subject, to simply get full potential out of K3's sensor to try portraits in really pro way. I started hunting for full frame lenses as I suddenly got a very nice opportunity to get K-1 in near future. So the term "equivalent" became first thing looking at some lenses. As my goal was to get the lens ideal for portrait work, I chose 50mm (75mm equivalent on FF) close to ideal 85mm. I bought D FA* 50mm. Although I'm very happy with my choice, and you guys already know that it's decent lens, its image quality will never be same as on full frame K-1. I have achieved what I wanted regarding FOV, low light capability, amazing DOF and great edge to edge sharpness wide open, but I will never get a crisp resolution and dynamic range as it can be on full frame. So imho, there is no equivalence. If it is, its equivalence doesn't cover everything. Each system has its own advantages.
