one of the things I've enjoyed about wildlife photography are the moments when I am not the blundering, oblivious dolt
some hikers pushed this coyote up out of the high weeds onto a paved track near where we were sitting

I learned the hard way long ago that boundaries are important
the younger rams reinforced that concept several times
however, this guy, he just swung around and chewed

I thought i'd post this young tom here
it seems a lot of people think urban areas aren't wild
I stalked him just as I would in the woods, actually I had to work harder because there was almost no cover
this was shot at about twenty five feet
when he figured out I was there he moved on rather quickly
