I would not have thought of this on my own...
I saw a birder/photographer this weekend carrying a pelican case by means of a harness
pelican also makes backpacks...some of which they must think are woman-friendly if their site is any indication
then my head went to rigid pack frames
I dislike them even more than regular backpacks but you can pack a lot of gear
however nothing I've seen or read since you brought this up deals adequately with breasts and straps
that seems to be the issue...yes?
everywhere I've looked has just tried to adapt male-centric designs to a woman's needs for heavy/bulky load carrying
most of the compromises are fairly lame
the only success I've personally accomplished is modifying lumbar packs to take a strap that runs from hip to hip via the back of the neck
I use the same design for shoulder holsters and sheaths but it really is more for stability than load bearing
because to be comfortable all day the design requires the use of elastic or soft webbing
I even dug out a dusty tome about carrying things through the ages
the only strap alternative has been the tumpline and for a variety of reasons is not a viable solution
I know people want what they want
but sometimes you need to look past the more traditional choices
i'm a minimalist regarding on-body carriage
I worked a job where all that stuff could get you killed in some pretty gruesome ways
so over the years I've used carts, wagons, sleds, etc. to carry my stuff when I was afoot
with your load out I really would look to some sort of all-terrain, wheeled solution
even as simple as larger diameter wheels on a pelican box
other than that i'm out of ideas
good luck

no, not a superhero, just a little lithuanian ---------- Post added 04-10-17 at 09:07 AM ----------
now that i'm old and arthritic a sewing machine is a boon
mine is a brutish industrial machine
I finally gave in and bought large diameter, seven pound flywheel for it
after a decade or so I have a tool instead of a doorstop

back when bumpers could support the weight of a car a workmate would lift even very large cars off the ground via a moving strap with hooks (like a tow strap now)
hooks to the bumper
strap on his shoulders
hands on the bumper
then just stand straight up
he could do it without the strap but it would really mess his hands up
he wasn't much taller than five feet but he had the technique
he just died last month
he always looked to be in his late 20s early 30s
his obit said he was born in 1937
I would have never guessed it

it's not the bones, it's the muscles
worn correctly you can bear a fairly massive load
as an adjunct to pack straps it can be freaking amazing the amount of stuff you can pack
I've made several over the years and most people would use them as slings for bedrolls but every now and then I would hear about one used with a wannigan or trapper nelson pack frame
if you can find a woven tump you will have a tool of real beauty

it would be nice to find something that didn't have to tinkered with to suit our needs but unless you make it yourself or have it made that is unlikely to happen
actually that desire has created some interesting products
unfortunately the maker made something that suited them and....back to the beginning

here is something to ponder....
when I fish I carry a box of flies in my shirt pocket, a pair of pliers on my belt and a rod in my hand
when I shoot pictures away from the car I carry a body/lens on a strap or in hand and sometimes a second lens in a pocket (occasionally it all goes in a holster
when my son fishes he takes everything he owns
originally he used a backpack and still carried stuff in his hands
I bought him a golf bag cart(?) as a joke
surprisingly he used it and it worked
now he uses a folding all terrain stroller
it pushes and pulls easily and holds all his stuff

small to average sized men not behemoths like myself (I feel your pain) :)
my wife finally found a "children's pack that actually fit her (she is a bit under 5')
prior to that it was sling bags on one shoulder or the other
good luck finding something that will work
