Back in my film days, I think in the early 1990's I bought a Vivitar (Tokina) 17mm f/3.5 and fell in love with it. That also was a very compact lens and was always in my bag. These modern super wide lenses are much better, especially the DA15 f/4 Limited. I also got a Rokinon 10mm f/2.8 several years ago, while a bit of a beast, it does go with me a lot. The FA20 looks like a fantastic lens, if I ever get into FF that will be on my list. The advent of the K-3iii Monochrome and the subsequent investment in that will keep me in the crop sensor world for some time now. I guess I discovered that I am more of a wide angle shooter a long time ago, most of my shooting happens between 8mm and 50mm.

Rokinon 16mm f/2 on K-3

I have looked at the Irix 11mm offerings but have not sprung for one yet. In the 15-16mm focal length, some time back I landed a Rokinon 16mm f/2 which is a great lens but pretty big, have been posting shots from that one lately. If you want small, the DA 15mm f/4 Limited is the way to go, I have not found any drawbacks to the DA15 except that it is a bit slow at f/4.
