My 2cents: i use the 135mm f/4 for macro; actually my very first 6x7 lens and 30+years old(?). Occasionally I add a helicoid extension ring for more! My 90mm, in leaf shutter or plain, are my norms. I use a few different choices for portraits including the 165mm LS lens - task specific. I rarely used my 200mm and sold it. I frequently opt for 6x6cm format for portraits, tho. I think your questions are good and need a priority assigned to each task. 75mm is a wide angle; 90mm-135mm is normal range; 150mm longer are telephoto range. What suits you today? Btw: I am not usually concerned with wide/fast aperture-low light not a usual concern. I use a suitable tripod frequently.
