I knew I wouldn't be able to get out on the night of the full moon, so I grabbed this one the night before - it actually worked out OK, as I'd been wanting to get one with sunlight still on the buildings and the moon rising behind, but I'd ben foiled by lurking cloud previously

It actually has quite a bit of CA and purple fringing, Matt - you can get very decent results - particularly in the middle distance - but it's probably not so critically sharp on digital as a more modern lens like the 150-450
|

400mm lens on APS-C - effectively 600mm - good for moon shots :)
