I think your adapter is probably specific to your kitstar lens...

As a marketing company, Kitstar probably sold the same basic lens in a wide range of mounts, so the original poster's lens was a K-mount, but yours was Canon FD...

But it's probably old enough that they never made an EOS mount version...
